Advanced Proportional Control

The DLHZO-T-040-L71 valve features direct-operated, proportional control to accurately modulate hydraulic flow and direction. Its integrated LVDT position feedback ensures fine-tuned spool positioning and repeatability, resulting in smooth system response and minimal hysteresis. This makes the valve ideal for high-precision industrial applications requiring rapid adjustments and consistent output.

Rugged Construction and Versatile Installation

Constructed from high-performance alloy steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, the valve is engineered to withstand harsh working conditions. With a mounting position that is not restricted, installation flexibility is maximized. The IP65 rating safeguards it from dust and water ingress, which significantly extends operational longevity and reliability in industrial environments.

FAQ's of Atos DLHZO-T-040-L71:

Q: How does the Atos DLHZO-T-040-L71 ensure precise hydraulic control?

A: The valve achieves precise hydraulic control using a proportional, direct-operated mechanism combined with LVDT position feedback. This technology provides real-time spool movement correction, resulting in minimal hysteresis (<0.2%) and fast response times (<10 ms), ensuring accurate modulation of flow and pressure.

Q: What are the primary benefits of using this valve in industrial hydraulic systems?

A: Primary benefits include rapid response, high repeatability, and exceptional reliability. The robust construction, corrosion-resistant coating, and IP65 protection make it suitable for demanding applications, while the proportional control optimizes system efficiency and performance.

Q: When is it appropriate to use the DLHZO-T-040-L71 valve?

A: This valve is ideal for situations where precise control of hydraulic actuators is essential, such as in automated machinery, presses, and process industry equipment. It excels in environments requiring both high flow (up to 40 L/min) and high pressure (up to 350 bar), with quick and accurate response requirements.

Q: Where should this valve be installed for optimal performance?

A: The valve is engineered for subplate mounting on hydraulic manifolds following the ISO 4401 size 05 standard. Its design allows for installation in any orientation, granting flexibility for integration into various industrial layouts.

Q: What is the process for operating or controlling this proportional directional valve?

A: Operation involves supplying the valve with 24 V DC power and using a compatible electronic controller to manage the proportional solenoid. The LVDT feedback continuously monitors spool position, enabling closed-loop control for consistent and responsive hydraulic system behavior.

Q: Can the valve be used with fluids other than hydraulic oil?

A: The standard valve configuration is optimized for use with hydraulic oil and NBR (Buna-N) seals. If alternative media are required, consult the manufacturer for compatibility and possible seal adaptations.
